Normal Opening Hours

The surgery is open at the following times

Monday:	08:15 to 20:15
Tuesday:	08:15 to 18:30
Wednesday:	08:15 to 18:30
Thursday:	08:15 to 18:30
Friday:	08:15 to 18:30
Weekend:	Closed all day

 

In addition to the above hours, we are open 2 Saturday mornings a month between 8.00and 11.30 for pre- booked appointments. Please call the surgery to make an appointment. 

Extended Hours

The surgery is now open for extended hours every Monday evening (with the exception of bank holidays) and 2 Saturday mornings a month.

The Saturdays for 2012 so far are as follows:

• February 18th
• March 10th and 31st
• April 14th and 28th
• May 12th and 26th

When We Are Closed

When the surgery is closed you be given instuctions on how to contact the out of hours service, WESTCALL, where a doctor will be able to offer advice and arrange to see you if required, either at the Westcall centre within West Berkshire community hospital at Newbury, or in your own home if the doctor considers this to be more appropriate.

In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call NHS Direct (0845 4647) to speak to a triage nurse. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
