The surgery is committed to becoming a Dementia Friendly Practice and as a result specific training, displayed information, clear signage and building improvements are ongoing throughout the practice.
Your memory can be affected by stress, tiredness, certain illnesses and medicines.
If you're becoming increasingly forgetful, particularly if you're over the age of 65, it's a good idea to talk to a GP about the early signs of dementia.
An information stand is on display in the waiting room with multiple information booklets on the several types of dementia, treatment and support are available.
