When I arrive at the surgery I will go through the front door next to the car park.

I need to go to the reception desk where a receptionist will sign me in for my appointment.

I will then be asked to wait in the waiting room until it is my turn to be seen by the Doctor.

Once the doctor is ready, they will come and call my name.

I will then follow them to their clinic room.

The doctor will ask me to take a seat.

They will then ask me some questions about my appointment.

I can ask them to repeat.

The doctor may ask me to book another appointment.

This may be with the nurse.

I may need to collect medication from dispensary.
