Infectious Diseases

Some Diseases are easily transmittable and if you visit the surgery you risk passing on infection to others in the waiting room, some of whom may be extremely vulnerable.

There are occasions we may need to ask you to wait to see the clinician you are booked in with in isolation. 

Please could we ask you to let us know when you book your appointment if you have any of the following:

• Diarrhoea and/or vomiting
• Skin lesion / rash (could indicate scabies, chickenpox, measles)
• Cough / fever
