Covid & Flu Clinics
With Autumn approaching we are looking to invite eligible patients registered at Lambourn Surgery to book their flu and covid vaccinations.
We will be holding clinics on Saturday 17th October and Saturday 24th October. A link allowing patients to book their own appointment will be sent to all who we hold a mobile phone number or email address for over the next two weeks.
If your mobile phone will not allow you to follow the link, please call the surgery appointments line on 01488 72299 after 2.00pm to book your appointment.
If you do not have either a mobile phone or email address, we will call you to book an appointment.
