I have worked as the Practice Manager at Lambourn Surgery since 2007.

Prior to that I was in retail management from leaving school until 2002, when I ran a pub with my husband.

I now chair the Practice Manager’s Group for Newbury and am a member of the Institute of General Practice Managers. I am also a qualified mental health first aider.
